When we first connected with this Pilates studio, they were relying heavily on ClassPass to fill classes, but that brought inconsistent attendance and very few loyal members. Social media wasn’t pulling its weight either: posts were scattered, messaging unclear, and the founder was carrying the weight of marketing while also running the studio.

Our goal was to replace the unpredictability of ClassPass with a social presence that attracted and retained long-term members, creating a pipeline that supported steady revenue and growth.

When we began, their social media wasn’t converting. posts weren’t reaching the right people, and the members they did get from ClassPass rarely stayed long-term. Through strategy-first management, we developed content pillars tied to their class offerings, clarified their message to highlight community and results, and built a posting rhythm that kept them consistently visible.

Within weeks, inquiries started coming directly from Instagram. By month two, new paying members from social were replacing the churn from ClassPass, giving the founder stability for the first time.
