1. Overview
The Social Media Audit is a digital service delivered by Drift Social LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing this offer, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all Audit purchases made through our website, HoneyBook, or any linked platform.
2. Scope of Service
The Social Media Audit includes:
An in-depth review of up to three social media platforms of your choosing
Recommendations delivered in a written report
A recorded video walkthrough (Loom)
Thirty (30) days of email support for implementation questions
No additional strategy, design, content creation, management, or revisions are included outside the scope above.
3. Delivery Timeline
Audit delivery will be completed within ten (10) business days from the date your payment and completed intake questionnaire are received. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
If you delay completing your intake form, your delivery window will shift accordingly.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Complete the intake questionnaire in full
Provide accurate login-free links to your social profiles
Communicate via email for all support
Review your deliverables in a timely manner
Failure to provide requested information may delay delivery.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, follower growth, viral content, engagement rates, or business results of any kind. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including effort, implementation, market conditions, and consistency.
6. Intellectual Property
All audit materials (documents, videos, recommendations, reports, and frameworks) are the intellectual property of Drift Social LLC.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recommendations for your own business. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any audit materials publicly or privately.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because this is a digital, custom, service-based offer, no refunds, full or partial, will be issued regardless of use, participation, or satisfaction.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
8. Payment & Failed Payments
Payment is due in full at checkout.
If your payment fails, your audit will not begin until payment is successfully processed.
9. Communication Policy
Audit support is provided via email only.
Support does not include:
Coaching calls
Strategy calls
Content editing
Ongoing consulting beyond the 30 days included
Support messages are responded to within standard business hours.
10. Limitation of Liability
Drift Social LLC is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, profits, opportunities, or data
Business decisions made by you
Outcomes related to social media platform changes
Third-party app issues or outages
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of the service.
