If we move forward, you complete your onboarding file. This includes your contract, payment, brand assets, logins, kickoff call, and monthly call scheduling.

Step Three: Onboarding Month
I build your custom strategy, present it to you, and create your first content calendar. Nothing goes live until we set the right foundation.

Step Four: Ongoing Management
Each month follows a steady rhythm: I create content, you review and film when needed, and I schedule and publish. We meet monthly to review performance and refine the plan.

I am Kaylin Franklin, founder of Drift Social. After years in the agency world, I saw how hustle heavy tactics left brands drained and disconnected from their own vision.

  • Start dates depend on current availability. Once your contract and onboarding are complete, your onboarding month begins. Posting starts after that month so we build your strategy and systems the right way before anything goes live.

  • No. You or your team capture the video and photo content. I guide you on what to film, how to film it, and how to keep the process simple. I handle editing, copywriting, graphic design, and publishing.

  • Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The number of platforms depends on the package you choose.

  • You will need to film any video content I outline for you twice monthly, review content during your review week, and join our monthly strategy call. Outside of that, I handle the creative and strategic workload.

  • Yes, all packages require a six month minimum. Social media needs time to build momentum. Six months gives us enough space to test, adjust, and see intentional growth.

  • Yes. If your business needs support that falls outside these tiers, I offer custom proposals for multi-location brands, expanded content needs, or specific platform strategies. Contact me to receive a custom proposal.
